Develop Project Management Plans including risk management plan to ensure effective project management.

Plan, coordinate and prepare implementation strategies to meet key project milestones such as delivery, tests and payment milestones.

Lead and manage project team members, subcontractors and vendors.

Oversee project team members to deliver projects on schedule and cost while meeting project requirements.
